Slow Flow returns to Madrid from June 5–7, 2026, bringing together two closely connected dance styles: slow Balboa and slow Blues.

This unique event is designed as a meeting point between two dance communities that share musical sensitivity, close connection, and expressive movement. Over the weekend, dancers will explore how these styles intersect, learning from each other while deepening their understanding of musicality and flow.

Organized by the team behind Big Mama Swing, Slow Flow offers an intimate environment where dancers can slow down, listen deeply to the music, and discover new possibilities in movement and connection.
